Foundation Stage Theme

Here at St Richard’s, we teach our children that you are NEVER too small to make a BIG difference.

In foundation stage our pupils have been learning about how to take of God’s Earth and the creatures that live in it. As part of this they looked after our school grounds by picking up litter and growing and looking after the plants in their Prayer Garden. They also learnt about how to care for God’s animals and had special visitors in from the local animal therapy team to help them to understand how to do this.
